By submitting to any of our journals, authors agree to publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation in any medium, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and source.

Authors are encouraged to share the final published version on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic platforms, provided that a proper citation and a link to the original publication in the relevant journal are included. Similarly, Brilliance Publishing reserves the right to include published articles in indexing services, digital archives, and affiliated databases, with proper attribution and links to the original volume and issue.

By submitting a manuscript to any of our journals, the author(s) confirm that the work is original and has not been previously published elsewhere. The content must not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights.

If the manuscript includes copyrighted material from other sources (e.g., figures, tables, extended quotations), the authors must obtain written permission from the copyright holders prior to submission and clearly acknowledge the source.
