Peer Review and Quality Assurance

  1. Plagiarism Screening:
    • Chinese manuscripts are reviewed using the Academic Misconduct Literature Check (AMLC) system.
    • English manuscripts are screened using the CrossCheck plagiarism detection tool.
  2. Rigorous Peer Review: All manuscripts undergo a thorough peer review by 2 to 3 subject experts.
    • The review process adopts a double-blind peer review system (both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous).
    • Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments, with major revisions when necessary.
    • Final publication decisions are made by the editorial board based on reviewers' assessments.
  3. Editorial Timeline: New submissions are screened within two business days. If accepted for peer review, the process typically takes 1–2 weeks.
